Looking to buy a property, of not an insignificant amount of money, and Carter Jonas Newbury have been the least helpful of all agents we've spoken to during lockdown easing.
Unlike other agents, they won't let you view any property until you've sold yours, they're also not doing video tours, unlike all the other agents.
Replies are short and unhelpful. Lost for words.
How you would sell your house if all estate agents adopted this policy? I don't know. (luckily they havent).
So they're effectively only letting cash or first time buyers consider looking at anything through them.

I am so glad I chose this agent. It has been a long process and I needed an agent with a calm but determined and practical approach and Rupert Reeves was brilliant.
From the very beginning I felt they understood my situation and were tolerant the sometimes I could not get all my teenagers out for viewings. Both Izzy and Caroline Parish who showed the property always kept me fully informed and gave feedback.
When the going got more difficult towards end and at one point due to a marital split up the chain broke down Rupert’s expertise was invaluable and I really don’t think the deal would have got done without him.
