Paul Wallace were great from start to finish of my sale. Honest, hard-working, understanding, nothing was too much trouble. When Paul Leadley said that all the agents in the branch would be up-to-date with your details so not to worry about a particular agent dealing with the sale, he was right. No-one dropped the ball. Steve Payne, who did the leg work and 99% of the sale is down to him, was calm, patient, absorbed pressure, extremely efficient and extremely good at his job. Fantastic service from Valuation to Completion…
We invited Paul to value our house for us, on arrival he was very friendly, polite, complimentary of our home and we valued his honest opinions and from then we knew that we wanted to proceed with Paul Wallace for our house sell. Paul arranged for photos to be taken the same week and our house was on the market in no time! We had Mark, Steve and Daniel help sell our home to viewers and had offers within our first day thanks to their professional and welcoming show rounds of our home. The communication between the team is phenomenal and all estate agents were knowledgeable about the process of our home sale and could reach information when required. We are truly thankful for all the hard work they put into selling our first family home, keeping us informed of the steps and stages of our sale, for their friendly service and making the transition as smooth as possible.

Hello ,
I recently purchased my house through Paul Wallace.
I dealt with Mark Wilis of the Cheshunt office.
I have been searching for a house for some time in the area .
When I saw the house which I purchased , I paid the asking price ,
Paul Wallace had , in my view put the house on the market at exactly the right market price.
That appeared fair to me , plus a fair price for the Vendor.
The whole transaction was trouble free and smooth .
Mark and his team, kept me fully informed of all the progress.

I purchased my house many years ago from Paul Wallace (Cheshunt). The purchase went smoothly so when thinking of selling they were my first point of call.
Popped into Paul Wallace several times for advice and info before putting my house up for sale. I recognised Paul, who sold me my house and who is now one of the co-owners, I saw him several times there late afternoons and evenings. Seemed clear to me that he had a handle on what was happening with a hands-on approach. I have found in the past where the owner(s) have a hands-on approach it is generally good sign that it is a well-run business.
I found all the staff very friendly and helpful, they aim and care about offering a service.
When ringing them the calls were normally answered within a few rings, on the few occasions it went to voice mail, they called me back within minutes.
Would not have thought you could use the word professional to describe an estate agent, but you really can for Paul Wallace.
As time passed, with my problems elsewhere, I came to appreciate more and more just how good Paul Wallace are.
I would like to give many thanks to all the staff for the sale of my property with an extra special thanks to Joe who was my contact person through the transaction and for all the work he did.
Overall I have found Paul Wallace to be competent, efficient and professional and can highly recommend them. I would give them a 5+ star rating if the option was there.
