I have been with Brookings(Dagenham Heathway Branch) for 1 year and coming up to 6 months in March as a tenant. I can say that I have positive experience with them from signing of the Tenancy agreement up to now (End of Tenancy) due to landlord's plan of selling
his property. The processing of the Tenancy application was very quick and easy. They made sure everything was okay with us and the property by conducting a property visit/ inspection every 6 months and they make necessary adjustments in terms of what was the suitable day and time for me for the visit. They have been very kind, polite, helpful and responsive to all our questions ( Emma Wallington, Amy Kenneth, Lauren Taylor, Ryan Williams and Jack). Emma Wallington as the Branch Manager has been very kind, supportive, informative and reassuring. My tenancy with Brookings was great and they are highly recommended. Many thanks to all.

Ramsey Moore handled the purchase of my Property, and are now my managing agents. The purchase was a drawn out process (due to factors beyond the control of Ramsey Moore), and Amy handled the situation with professionalism and dedication. It was partly because I was so impressed with the service I received during the purchase that I opted to make Ramsey Moore my letting agents too. They are responsive, helpful and efficient.
