We have been using Squires Estates for about 4 years now. We find them very responsive and professional. In particular Sophie Short has been excellent as our point of contact. All transactions are completed in time and have proceeded smoothly. We would not hesitate to recommend Sophie and Squires Estates to help with advice and completion of documentation etc.

We have been using Squires Estates for over 10 years and are very happy with the service & support they provide. The team are incredibly helpful & very organised, sending updates on regulations, reminders of renewals and help with all the other small things you need to be aware of as a landlord. Adam provided so much help & advice when we started renting our flat we have never thought of moving to another agent. I cannot recommend highly enough.

I can't recommend these guys highly enough. They were efficient, friendly and professional throughout. I tired many estate agents in the area but none came close. I can't recommend these guys highly enough.
They were efficient, friendly and professional throughout.
I tired many estate agents in the area but none came close. James in the lettings team took incredible photographs to show off my property and found incredible tenants.
Ava and Sophie from the management side of things were helpful, quick to respond and extremely friendly whenever I had a question.
As a landlord the last thing you want is to worry about your property and with Squires I honestly didn't have to. I can't recommend them enough
