Zoe, Sharon, Greg and the team at Zoe Napier were at all times polite, engaging and easily contactable during the purchasing process. There was never the feeling of pressure being applied or being rushed through quicker than we felt comfortable with. Every time we called everyone who answered the phone knew which property we were in the process of buying and how far along we had got. It was as easy and straightforward an experience as anyone could hope for, so we thank everyone at Zoe Napier for helping us get over the line.

Zoe and her staff were tops when selling our fairly unique property Copdock Hall - a 16th century wedding venue, six-bed house and vineyard. While most agents made excuses, absurd valuations and displayed remarkable inertia and apathy, ZN embraced the challenge and filled us with confidence. Professional, communicative, realistic and full of perseverance, all the staff were committed to the sale despite an 11th hour withdrawal on our first sale for, frankly, weird reasons on behalf of the would-be purchaser. ZN brushed themselves down and got on with it which inspired us to keep going. If you have a rural property, maybe a bit quirky, large, unusual or whatever frankly...I can recommend Zoe Napier enough. Ian Evans

All the team at the Zoe Napier group were polite, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. As we wanted our house to go on the market straight away Zoe who carried out the survey worked tirelessly into the night to get the sale details ready to go on the market straight away. We were delighted that a buyer was secured within 2 weeks and there follow up and support throughout the transaction was outstanding. Just as important they were also able to secure a buyer for the Family buying our house as well, so this made the whole transaction stress free.

Selling the Dream.
Having successfully completed on the sale of our family Estate, we can't recommend Zoe Naiper highly enough.
Zoe had the confidence in her convictions to market our unique one off property at a far higher opening price than any other agent. She had the knowledge and expertise to market it in such a fashion to quickly attract several serious offers above the asking price. Ultimately resulting in a sale over one million pounds more than her leading rival predicted.
James Tyler was deputised as our negotiator on this sale and proved himself highly adept and an excellent communicator, keeping us abreast of developments at all times. A huge thank you to the whole team at Zoe Napier, well done guys!
