Evie has been very helpful and friendly every time we have been in touch over the purchase of our new property. She is approachable and nothing is too much trouble. Also, being an Geordie who has been living in Yorkshire for the last 25 years, I just love to hear that friendly Geordie accent!

I have just rented a flat through Signature North East. Although slightly unusual to me, most of the process was done though internet and it is indeed that simple, really!
I expressed my interest for a viewing on their website on an evening, next day I received a call from Lyndsey Hay and we quickly established a viewing at a convenient date for both parties.
I met Richard Lister on the day of the viewing, he was punctual, well informed and professional.
From the moment I decided to rent the flat I was in contact with Hannah Donnison, who is is very helpful, professional and friendly, and guided me through all the steps that I needed to do for finalising the rental agreement.
I am confident that our collaboration will be uneventful, as every member of the staff I interacted with is polite, professional and knows what he or she is doing.
Once the trust is established, dealing mainly by phone or over the internet is actually a big plus, communication being easily done even with a busy schedule.
A big thank you for all the Signature team!

Signature do charge an unusually high administration fee, if the property and customer service weren’t so exceptional, I would have been reluctant to proceed with the application.

Throughout the application process we dealt with Hannah.
Again, she was very professional and prompt with any queries we have had whilst still being very personable.
Signature seem to be a very down to earth agency with professional staff. They have a warming yet efficient nature and have been a great help during what is usually a stressful time.
