Matthew dealt with the sale of our house in a professional and efficient way. He achieved a good price for us almost as soon as we went to the market by engaging with potential buyers in advance. We were kept informed throughout the sale, not only with what was happening with our buyers but also our vendors and the rest of the chain. We now have our forever home and are not planning to move again in the near future but if we were I wouldn't hesitate to use Matthew and Novahomes again. Highly recommended!
