It was a pleasure to have Tom as our sales progressor throughout what turned out to be quite a complex purchase - from initial viewing to eventual completion, spanning c.18 months. Throughout this time, Tom provided excellent support and professionalism, making the entire process smoother and more manageable.
As first-time buyers, navigating what became a prolonged transaction (though no fault of Tom/Springbok!), we really appreciated his patience and clear communication. He remained committed to our case and was proactive in following up on calls and emails, chasing both the seller's solicitor and our own with any conveyancing queries that arose.
We would recommend Tom/Springbok.

The person looking after us (Thomas) was excellent. We had a buyer fall through but he was quick to get it back out. When we got a new buyer he understood that we might be feeling nervous and was incredibly conscientious and patient. He was excellent.
My only complaint was around the deposit. The impression I get is this is a bit gimmicky and they didn't seemed particularly fussed on retaining the deposit if there was a risk of the buyer dropping out. I do trust the company to get a sale but I don't trust you would ever actually get the deposit from a potential buyer.
