I'm now in my 7th year at Martin & Co Cambridge, having previously worked in an accounts role for a large multi-national company. I manage all incoming and outgoing rents to ensure that landlord clients are paid accurately and in a timely manner. I also issue monthly rental statements, register tenant deposits wit
h the Deposit Protection Service, and act as the dedicated point of contact at the agency for landlords and tenants with any accounting or rent payment queries. I live just south of Cambridge, and when I'm not in the office, I'm kept equally busy with my 2 young daughters.

For 5 years Martin&Co have managed our property, always with care and consideration. Any issues that we've had, especially during Covid times, were dealt with promptly and efficiently. In the last 4 months we needed a great deal of work done to update the property and Shaheen has been consistently available and responsive, giving us access to local tradespeople and managing the process, which as we're not local is something we couldn't have done ourselves.

Comments on Agent Fees
The fees are equal to what I had been paying to my previous agent for several years, so I presume they they are 'standard' , 'correct'. I have not made any other comparison . What counts is a balance between what you pay and what you get. I value honesty, reputation and service and am currently a satisfied customer.
