We recently bought and sold through Ashcroft Guest and I was absolutely blown away by their 5* service. Helen, Lesley and the rest of the team made the whole move a lot more manageable and less stressful than when we moved a few years ago and used a different agent from the village. They always updated us with news, feedback and always answered my calls whenever I needed reassurance. I would definitely recommend using them for buying or selling and can’t thank them enough for helping us to secure our forever home.

I have rented with Ashcroft Guest for almost 7 years. They offer a professional and reliable service for both tenants and landlords, promptly sorting any issues that arouse, I was delighted the house that I chose to buy was for sale with them.
Through out the purchase they kept me informed and chased solicitors on my behalf. I would 100% recommend them if you are selling or looking to rent a house.

All the staff are lovely they go out their way to help you, Helen Guest is absolutely fantastic very professional.

We’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Helen & Martin and the team at Ashcroft Guest since 2009 when we bought our house. They were incredibly kind, professional and helpful during the purchase. We moved and rented the property through AG in 2013 and never had an issue with finding good tenants and Helen was always on hand for any problems or advice. Having just sold the same property (going through the full cycle) with Lesley leading it was, again, a dream. So professional, caring, helpful and always offer great advice. Best estate agents hands down!!

Who says all agents are the same, Let me tell you that is not the case with Ashcroft Guest, in my view they out perform all of the others They have an in depth knowledge of the market which secured us a better price than we originally expected. Their presentation of our property to the market was very professional which helped us to secure an early sale in a difficult market. Once the sale was agreed it was closely managed through to completion and we were kept fully informed of progress all through the transaction. No hesitation in recommending these guys, do yourself a favour and speak to them!

I have been overwhelmed by the professionalism and the support I received during my purchase. Helen kept me informed throughout the process and Lesley was incredibly knowledgeable about the property when I viewed it.
