Excellent service. I dealt with Bash for the sale which was fast and efficient, and Beverley for the after sales which was brilliant. She kept driving both the sale and purchase to conclusion. I recommend Prime estates because they show a duty of care I've not seen from other agents.

I 100% recommend Prime estates, bash was amazing through the whole procedure, explained everything throughly and made the experience for a first timer buyer such as my self easy and comforting as he went above and beyond to get the mortgage through, I honestly couldn’t recommend prime estates enough!!!

Brilliant service throughout the process of sale and purchase. We had a very hard sale due to restrictions and complications linked with our property, but Primes Estates worked tirelessly to get the desired outcome. Having my late Father's house to sell, i invited 5 different Estate Agents to view the property and what a difference in selling fees and recommended selling prices there were. Bev Rooney from Prime Estates was by far the most switched on and attuned to the market. Prime Estates fees were the most competative and their recommended selling price was higher than the other four Agents had suggested and the price achieved was higher still. I would definitely have lost money had i gone with any of the other four Agents. My property sold almost immediately and Bev and Harry kept me informed throughout. Excellent service, would highly recommend and will definitely use again. Thank you Bev and Harry for making a daunting task really easy.

Prime Estates were the second estate agents I contacted when I sold my property as the initial company did not give me the impression they were listening to my requests. Prime Estate; from our first meeting demonstrated they understood what I was looking for when selling e.g. viewers should have funds to purchase and viewers to be by appointment. Prime Estates advised me that they will do all they can for me to achieve the price I wanted for the property.

I sold a property through Prime Estates, Castle Bromwich. Prime Estates were the second estate agents I contacted when I sold my property as the initial company did not give me the impression they were listening to my requests. Prime Estates advised me that they will do all they can for me to achieve the price I wanted for the property.
Prime Estates kept me informed throughout the process of sale which built my trust and confidence in their ability to sell.
I had requested the sale to be advertised as 'offers over' which they did, I also informed Prime Estates of the figure I hoped to achieve at sale. Prime Estate achieved this sum.
I recommend Prime Estates Castle Bromwich who exceeded my expectations in the Service they provided.

Great service... Viewed a few properties through Prime estate and Beverley was very helpful from beginning to end, always at the other end of an email if I had any queries and always responded promptly. Although the whole process was very long, due to Covid etc. Beverley was very helpful, and made the process less stressful as she put my mind at ease. I am a first time buyer and I would like to personally thank you Beverley for everything.

Just to say what an excellent service we received from the Castle Bromwich Office so professional and honest with us as sellers for dads property whom had sadly passed away. The most difficult decision we had to make was whom to choose to sell the property for us and the rest was straight forward we had nothing to do at all thanks to their experience.
