Having had a couple of agents from the area come to value the property, I knew immediately when Katy Jo arrived that I'd be using them for the sale. Having had a couple of agents from the area come to value the property, I knew immediately when Katy Jo arrived that I'd be using them for the sale. She was very open and honest and gave me lots of useful advice without it being a hard sell. The house went on the market soon after with them managing all the viewings, but keeping me informed every step of the way.

Having had a couple of agents from the area come to value the property, I knew immediately when Katy Jo arrived that I'd be using them for the sale. She was very open and honest and gave me lots of useful advice without it being a hard sell. The house went on the market soon after with them managing all the viewings, but keeping me informed every step of the way.
As I'd gone with their full sales package, once an offer had been accepted, this was then passed over to their solicitor, Prosperity Law who were incredibly help and went above and beyond to get the sale through.
This was my first time selling a house and I definitely picked the right agent!
