Since Natalie left we have had excellent service from Allan Wells Janz on the upgrading of our flat. When we needed assistance with renewing our Landlord Registration, Allan and Dominik quickly provided which certificates were available. Thanks, ... Read Full Review

Amy is an amazing applications co-ordinator ! In a sea of rude agencies, she felt like a breath of fresh air: personable, punctual, courteous and professional. Could not have asked for someone better. This lady answered to any question with solicitousness and humour and within a day, come hell or high water. If you tried renting in Edinburgh, you'll know how rare it is to receive that kind of prompt and good-hearted service. My partner and I felt like we were being helped by a wonderful friend, always willing to go the extra mile for us! I kid you not: not only did Amy congratulate me on my new job, but even actively looked up bus routes for me to get there! It's things like that which leave you stunned not just in the lets world, but in any professional relationship. She is an incredible ambassador for SouthSide: we felt we could trust the agency, since they hired someone like her. I hope she is treasured and well-rewarded by the agency. Also, special mention to Dominik, who as an apprentice comes across as a very affable and intelligent young man: he was my first contact over the phone and his clear, upbeat voice immediately made me think we might have landed with the right people. He was able to answer my questions with patience and good nature, and when I went to pick up the keys for the flat he was the one who handed me a bag full of goods for the new home (sponge, tea, biscuits, toilet roll and a bottle of Prosecco!). I am nothing but impressed by the people at SouthSide so far and I hope our tenancy keeps going the way it started.
