Pedder Forest Hill are simply the best agents I've ever used! From putting our property on the market to the completion date, Shannon & Daniel were amazing especially dealing with our complicated chain. The lead up to exchange date was very stressful but without Shannon's expertise & guidance it would have been 1000 times worse! We definitely would use them again & highly recommend this branch...especially Shannon!!

We recently exchanged contracts selling our flat through Pedder and found the team really efficient and helpful. We were selling and buying and the process ran generally smoothly. The team were always quick to respond to messages and queries and liaised with our buyers and solicitors regularly to keep things moving. We received an offer pretty quickly, so didn’t see a lot of what they do in marketing properties but we were happy with all the advice we received when putting the flat on the market. The only point for improvement we would raise, was they could have done more to help us find an onward property, as we didn’t get a lot of suggested properties from them when we were looking for our next place. But once we had an onward place sorted they were helpful with ensuring everything worked out for the chain.

As a first time buyer, I am very happy.
I knew Pedder would be a great agency to work with from the moment Daniel went above and beyond from the very beginning to facilitate a conversation with myself and the sellers right before interest rates rose that same evening. He was helpful and very quick to respond, and likely saved us thousands of dollars a year by acting so quickly!
Shannon took over the accounts, and it was smooth from when she started to when we exchanged. She has been responsive, accommodating, calm and informative in all the right moments. It was a pleasure working with Shannon.
I would highly recommend Pedder to anyone trying to sell their home or as a buyer.

I chose to go with Pedder because from my first contact, they were prompt, efficient, friendly and professional. In such an important and complicated process as selling a house I really appreciated how good they were at communicating with me and how approachable they were. And I must say a special thank you to Shannon, who was absolutely integral to making things happen and keeping a vital channel of communication open between me and the buyers. Without her intervention we could have been thousands of pounds worse off and the sale would have taken much longer.
