Robert Williams have been absolutely brilliant in helping us secure our first home to rent as a couple graduating uni. Zara in particular was our agent and she was professional, lovely and through in our viewing of the property. She was also very attentive and informative throughout the application process and made us feel confident in Robert Williams.
Upon our success of the application we were kept well informed of the progress with cleaning and checking the house before we moved in. A very comprehensive property inventory and checklist was sent to us with details of the condition of the property and our responsibilities as tenants.
I highly recommend Robert Williams and if we move in the future we shall be coming to them first in our search.

Francesca and Zara were a ‘breath of fresh air’ to deal with.
It’s been 10 years since we last rented a property and the rental market has changed significantly since. Both staff gave me their time to explain next steps and I was so thankful for their personalised approach.

Not once did I feel overwhelmed or unsatisfied with the level of service I was provided by Robert Williams. I really couldn't recommend them enough for all future services and I would be glad to work with them again.

Before looking to buy any property, my wife and I (litterally) tossed a coin between James at Robert Williams and another Exeter estate agent who both impressed, but in different ways. On this occasion, we decided to go with the other agent, but that’s not where this little story ends. Over a month later and through complete luck, we found the perfect home in the right area and it was listed through Robert Williams. James just so happened to do all viewings and was our point of contact throughout. My wife and I were always highly impressed with his professionalism and refreshingly honest personal approach. At all times throughout the process, he worked meticulously both with us, and for the seller - answering every question speedily and with detail. We highly recommend James and Robert Williams as one of the best Exeter based estate agents. Thank you.
