Absolutely full of crap, a guy called Richard my mother dealt with had her offer accepted was told she had the property, cash buyer, they then said that the seller pulled out because his mother in law needed the property, the house is still on the market I rang today they are still taking offers on the property nothing but a waste of time an complete liars, she is now homeless they couldn't care less, does anyone no how to complain an who to because this place is an absolute fraud I have a feeling that there mortgage advisors needs an is taking back handers but obviously being a cash buyer we wouldn't need them, they said they would ring her, they haven't had the decency to do that as Richard was on another call apparently, the apartment was on delph hollow way it's still on there website now do not waste your time with this scum, they have lied about service charges they have lied about everything, stay well away.
