I've bought and sold ten times and I'm delighted to say Belvoir are the best agent I have worked with. Just as well as my solicitor at Howells was awful, but Carly at Belvoir helped keep things moving and was always happy to help. Thanks too to Dayna for showing me round in such a positive way, and what a contrast with some of the other Sheffield agents I viewed house with who really couldn't be bothered!

I asked to view the house I purchased 2x after the offer was accepted and Jab kindly accommodated me at short notice. Carly kept me informed with her emails about the progress of the purchase, and I am really pleased that I bought my first house through this company.

I can't praise enough the team in Belvour. They have been fair, honest and proffesional from the beginning. The friendly approach and respect towards my pricing wishes (even if it intilaly didn't coincide with the surrounding market) was the deciding factor to go with them. Their communication is exceptional, giving me weekly reports, texts, and phone calls throughout the process. Once the sale was agreed they also supported me in sorting out the minor issues the buyer had concerns with in a fair manner torwards not only me but also the buyer. Giving good advice in every decision that had to be made. In these difficult times of COVID19 I could not have found a better company to sell my house. A especial thanks to Jab and Carly for helping me through this process.

From start to finish the whole season experience has been excellent.
Jab Bains carried out the valuation and his assistance, experi Nice and advice was top class and he is a pleasure to deal with.
