With experience in estate agency from 2005, including 14 years as a valuer and having managed a market leading branch, I love working in the property industry and I have a passion for property. This extends out of my working life, being a landlord in the Leamington Spa market place myself. I have trained eye for a
ttention to detail and an ingrained enthusiasm for high quality and persuasive marketing. My university under-graduate education, experience in practice and my later masters education, was based in design, specialising in corporate identity and branding.
Outside of the office I am a keen gym goer, whilst also enjoying spectating at sporting events, including both rugby and football. Specifically being a long suffering supporter of the ‘mighty sky blues’, for many seasons having been a season ticket holder at the Richo Arena.

It saved a lot of stress having Stuart handle the viewings and he gave astute assessments/ descriptions of all the potential buyers, allowing me to pick the best and most reliable one. It really helped having an open day and best and final offers as I had several good offers and was able to agree to a sale within days of the open day. Stuart was always quick to phone with any updates / questions and I found it very reassuring to be able to talk to him throughout the process and feel I had someone on my side offering expert guidance. He was professional, friendly and understanding. Brian, Steven and other staff I spoke to on the phone were also very impressive and always seemed keen to help.
