Absolutely can't fault YOPA. Our agent Nick is fabulous, kept us informed at every stage, always there with advice and nothing too much trouble. Ours wasn't an expensive house to sell but I can't imagine he could have given a better service if we were selling a mansion! The whole experience has been faultless. Our agent Nick Paxman was fabulous. He was really knowledgeable and experienced and his input was second to none. He was very honest with us and definitely went the extra mile which was really appreciated as I was selling a property from a distance for an elderly relative. This review covers the entire Yopa experience, which is why one star was lost. The back office young people who kept calling me to supposedly add value were nothing but an irritation. Having asked what they could do to help, after 3 requests for exactly the same thing on three occasions, they never addressed my request, let alone recalled it. I get that they are supposed to save Nick from being pestered and to add a personal touch to a web based service, but they were nothing more than inexperienced call centre staff adding nothing that I could tell. Constantly being called when I am at work to add nothing at all, left me irritated and eventually ignoring their calls. Despite the back office staff I’d recommend Yopa and especially Nick.

BUT Nick Paxman was a breath of fresh air in Estate Agents, both my husband and I were really impressed at his professionalism.
We discussed more than our house, but also a property belonging to a friend, which we passed on to him, but he is still undecided.

Nick the local agent was very personable, took excellent photos of our property, got it on the market very quickly and we sold the house in 48 hours with Nick helping with the negotiations. We were really happy with the whole Yopa process. Nick the local agent was very personable, took excellent photos of our property, got it on the market very quickly and we sold the house in 48 hours with Nick helping with the negotiations. Delighted not to be paying an estate agent a chunk of cash upon completion, too, as all the fees are paid up-front.
