I had an issue with the fridge freezer of the apartment I rent and I contacted Emily. She was super responsive and willing to help and solve the issue. I had an issue with the fridge freezer of the apartment I rent and I contacted Emily. She was super responsive and willing to help and solve the issue. She took care of it, made the necessary calls and followed it up until it was solved. My previous Property Manager (from a different agency) constantly ignored my reports for over 4 months. That makes me value Emily's work even more. Thank you Emily!!!

As one of the contractors used by Newman Property Experts (and many other estate agents in Rugby), I thought an 'inside perspective' may be useful.
Beth is a consummate professional in her role as a bridge between landlord, tenant and contractor. It's always a pleasure to receive a work order from Beth or Emily, as I know the the job will have been properly investigated and the details for my business to carry out the task clear and knowledge based. On the very rare occasion a problem occurs she always goes beyond in making sure a swift resolution is made.
