Five years ago I was lucky enough to be introduced to Direct Residential through a friend to rent out my mother’s property. I met Ian who immediately made me at ease and gave me confidence. The whole team have been wonderful, their guidance second to none! I have since then bought another investment property with their help and again given it to them to manage and treat it like a little business! Great service. Definitely recommend them if you want great service and high standards ?

For landlords they are on top of every aspect of the tenancy - finding tenants, ensuring the tenant feels welcome and at home, sorting out all the paperwork and checks necessary, proactively resolving any issues, property maintenance as needed and keeping me fully informed. All the staff are very professional and will 'go the extra mile' to help. From my experience, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any landlord or tenant.
