We both bought and sold with CJ Hole and we felt fully supported right the way through the process.
Unfortunately, the sale of our own property feel through on the first attempt (through no fault of CJ Hole). The team worked really hard to get the property back on the market and re-sold within a week and they kept us calm throughout!
We have always found the advice the team at CJ have offered to be accurate and helpful. They have always warmly received the many questions we have had and we can't say enough good things about the service they provided.

From start to finish Tom and Vickie worked tirelessly to make the process run smoothly.
They were professional, friendly and kept us up to date all the way through the sale and purchase.
The communication between cj hole and our solicitor was continuous.
I would most definitely recommend cj hole to anyone.

We were extremely fortunate when we came to move house that we chose to do so through CJ Hole. Ben found a buyer for our property almost immediately with the asking secured, in addition to this he supported us in securing the purchase of our new property.
Vicki and Bonnie were then brilliant in helping us get over a number of challenges and keeping us completely up to speed with any developments and keeping things on track fantastically when there were a few hurdles that needed to be negotiated. I can't speak highly enough of the sales progression team.
