I have been working in estate agency for over a decade. I started at the bottom on the front desk as a trainee negotiator and rose through the ranks to where I became a Branch Manager of a large independent agent in Portsmouth. After 10 years working for other agents I decided to start my own agency, Castles Estat
e Agents, in my hometown of Portchester, Fareham. With the years of experience behind me and the multiple awards I have won for 5 star customer service I feel very strongly that here at Castles we offer an honest and dedicated approach to estate agency and a premium service which really is second to none.

I just wanted to share how amazing Castle Estates has been during our move. Their team was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. From the moment we reached out, they got back to us so quickly, answering all our questions and guiding us every step of the way.
The staff was friendly and professional, making sure we felt supported and informed. It really took a lot of stress off our shoulders. The way they handled everything made our transition to the place so much smoother. I can't recommend them enough!
Gary showed us round the property and helped us fall in love with it, Charlie always kept us up to date. Sean and Jack took many of our phone calls and were always helpful. It was so nice when we completed and we got a gift from them, it just sumed them up as a business.

As a first-time buyer, I appreciated Castles' patience and support when my AIP lapsed. My original mortgage broker provided a revised figure, which was no longer viable for me. I felt I should pull out of my purchase but Charlie suggested that I shouldn't throw the towel in and speak to another broker, forwarding my details to one of his contacts. It took nearly a month to get my mortgage offer, but I didn't feel any pressure from Castles, which was greatly appreciated. Thank you, Castles!

Amazing communication & stress free from start to finish. We used Castles to sell our property which was sold within a week of being listed.
