We've let through the Outlook Stratford office for 9 years now and I must say Sophia Howarth has been the most responsive Manager we have had. She communicates well and was effective with dealing with flat issues right away - making both Landlord and Tenant happy which is not an easy task. ... Read Full Review

We've let through the Outlook Stratford office for 9 years now and I must say Sophia Howarth has been the most responsive Manager we have had. She communicates well and was effective with dealing with flat issues right away - making both Landlord and Tenant happy which is not an easy task. What an asset to Outlook and in particular the Stratford office to have her on board.

Sophia is a great communicator, she is always replying to my emails on time. She managed to find solutions for my boiler issue. We spent a couple of days without heat but she managed to call an engineer to come and fix it within days. She is really good at what she does and she should be recognized ... Read Full Review
