Both the Yopa representatives we dealt with were excellent. Could not fault them, they went above and beyond what was required to help us and no request was too much effort. Definitely go with Yopa, their estates agents are great BUT...... if you do please pay up front and do not delay and end up ... Read Full Review

Both the Yopa representatives we dealt with were excellent. Could not fault them, they went above and beyond what was required to help us and no request was too much effort. Definitely go with Yopa, their estates agents are great BUT...... if you do please pay up front and do not delay and end up having to use their conveyancing company Premier Property lawyers. They have caused us no end of issues. We had to constantly chase them for answers and their incompetence caused us delaying by a day and being £500 extra out of pocket and an enormous amount of stress to which they have taken no responsibility and we are now having to go to the ombudsman in order to try and get some money back.

Connie friston was my agent, from the hinckley division. sHE valued the house £10,000 above the other 2 agents, but was adamant it was a true valuation. Connie was fabulous throughout the sale. She was there with Me every step of the way. . If she didn’t answer her phone, she always rang me back immediately. She’s was knowledgable friendly, And very reassuring. The buyers were complimentary about her too. I would definitely recommend her to others.

Yopa were excellent, my agent Connie Friston was great, very professional and knowledgeable, could contact here at any time and she would reply straight away. Yopa were excellent, my agent Connie Friston was great, very professional and knowledgeable, could contact here at any time and she would reply straight away. Prices to sell were a lot cheaper than other estate agents. I used their Solicitor and there were no problems or waiting. On completion day was completed first thing in the morning. Great service and highly recommend.
