I dealt with Simon Nind who was great, his extremely laid back approach in the end helped matters as the transaction was delayed by months due to Covid-19. The after sales department was rubbish as they were always a month behind where the transaction was! I was recommended by Simon to Blacks ... Read Full Review

I dealt with Simon Nind who was great, his extremely laid back approach in the end helped matters as the transaction was delayed by months due to Covid-19. The after sales department was rubbish as they were always a month behind where the transaction was! I was recommended by Simon to Blacks Direct who were totally rubbish, to the level where I had to make a formal complaint. My five star review is solely for Simon Nind.
