I researched reviews and ombudsmen sites which made us feel comfortable in putting our sale in Springbok and particularly Jamie D's hands.
Marketing price was agreed with us and Jamie regularly checked in with us and provided feedback from viewings or chased any who didn't attend for reasons. He always called back if he wasn't initially available.
A!though the agreed sale price was less than our original agreement, we were not pressurised into taking the reduction. Acknowledge Springboks profits are much higher than a regular agents charges however if the sale comes to fruition it will be worth it after our experience with a 'traditional agent.
Jamie thanks for being a nice person to deal with and having worked in a corporate environment I can imagine you had management pressures to hit financial targets, this didn't come across in dealings we had with you.
Professional, personable and a pleasure to deal with.
I hope the sales progressor continues in the same vein.

I recently bought my first home and the seller's estate agent of choice was Springbok. The whole experience was a hassle from the get go. The communication was bordering on non-existent at times, including them NEVER answering the phone (sometimes it didn't even ring) and I was even charged a fee by them as the buyer, which I had never heard of any other estate agent doing. Every time I had anything to discuss, they had an excuse. They even told me at one point that they were not an estate agent, but rather a property buying company (or words to that effect) and that is why it was different. I was passed from my initial salesman to an overseer for the progression once I had an accepted offer, both of whom couldn't convince me that the company was any good. The individuals were friendly enough, but what was being provided was awful. I will be strongly avoiding this estate agent at all costs moving forward and advising anybody who will listen the same.

We decided to sell our property through a property buying company and our sales negotiator was exceptional.
We spoke to him before we finally decided to sell with them and found him to be professional , enthusiastic and knowledgeable, answering any questions thoroughly and explaining every step of the process. As soon as our property was for sale we was updated on a regular basis and if we had any queries or left a text message we would always receive a phone call to let you know exactly what and how things were going. We dealt with the same person throughout as our main point of contact and the customer service we received was first class. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and our negotiator.

Overall the experience has been a positive one. Craig was informative, approachable and knowledgeable. He gave me weekly updates inc area performance. A few wobbles with interest rates and uncertainty led to a spell of less interest in my property but it bounced back.
When Craig was on holiday Jamie stepped in and was very responsive.
One thing I would comment on - the time between sale STC and the progression team response to me was way too long (almost a week) Management of expectations is crucial and a simple call to say ... hello, don't worry we've got things going on in the background... would have helped enormously.
