I would recommend anyone who is struggling with the sale of a property to give a call to Dan. I was really pleased with the advice has had provided to me and with the way he had managed the whole end-to-end process, from ensuring the property is presentable through marketing it and finally advising on the selection of the best buyer. Dan was always available to discuss matters and was fully responsible for making sure all parties stay well informed on the next steps.

We felt in very safe hands - I was very grateful to be able to trust Dan with everything and communicate easily with Dan at all times. He secured ideal buyers for us quickly and ensured things followed through smoothly right up until completion.
