About Chris Pearson
Having been in the property industry in the heart of Brighton & Hove for over 15 years Chris has developed the experience and skills to become one of the most reputable agents in the city.
Chris has a superb track record in sales and lettings and has been responsible for selling some of the largest and most
valuable homes in the City. With his passionate and personable approach Chris is willing to help in any way he can.
Chris has had many good years with the largest and most successful independent estate agent in the city having recently left his managerial role at their flagship office to create Pearson Keehan.
When not at work Chris likes to keep fit whether its by playing football or by running, having completed several half and full marathons.

One of the best agents possibly in the world. I have bought and sold property in a number of countries and England has issues all of it's own. Selling a one bedroom flat had been so fraught with stress. I had been struggling with one of the big agents, getting gazundered and a buyer that turned out to just not have the money (after 5 months!) not even the deposit. Then Pearson Keehan was recommended to me. I spoke to Chris Pearson, that was great to begin with, I wasn't just speaking to someone who probably wasn't going to be there next week, we had frank discussions and he gave me real advice, rather than the bored platitudes I had been hearing. I felt throughout that he was being fair to both sides. Within a week we had 5 good offers and three months later we completed, 1 year and 1 week after we first started trying to sell.
