I have used Bramleys for both purchasing a property and now as a managing agent for a rental property. The purchase wasn't without its challenges, but Bramleys were always professional and extremely polite, as well as keeping me informed of developments. The same is true for my rental property. In both cases they are a delight to work with. Their challenge going forward is maintaining such high standards. I have no doubt that they will.

Amazing Customer Service & Fantastic Staff!
Bramley's are a wonderful estate/letting agent to deal with. They've kept me informed from start to finish regarding my tenancy. Plus, they have been open in their communication via email, phone and face-to-face, making my move so much less stressful.
I highly recommend Bramley's to any renters, landlords or home buyers in the Kirklees area.

From the initial interest in the property bramleys were quick to assist me further and expand on my options moving forward. Following an online viewing I was put in contact with Honor, who I found to be pleasant, punctual and professional from the get go. The application process was a breeze and any queries I had were promptly answered, at no point did I feel left in the dark or lingering over what was happening; I really do commend the level of communication I received as this in itself was one of the biggest potential stresses for me. All the checks and paper work were completed within a week.
I was met at the property by honor (I think) and signed the tenancy, did a property check and inventory ect, this was again a very welcoming and friendly exchange.
Having had tedious complications with other estate agents in the past I was very satisfied and happy with how things went and can't speak highly enough of all staff I encountered. I look forward to continuing my tenancy with bramleys ? ? ?
