We had the opportunity to rent our new apartment through Franklyn James and needless to say that Rachel made the entire process so seamless at a time when we had already had a sour experience with other property agents. She was extremely polite and sweet and answered all our questions patiently. She ensured smooth communication and conveyed our requests and concern with respect to the property to the owner in a timely fashion.
