It feels particularly important to give feedback for Liam, property inspector. It is the first time I've had an inspection in 6 years where I have really been asked about my needs as a tenant. Liam was thorough, professional and above all respectful and kind in his role and it was a pleasure to see the friendly face of Julie Twist - and for the first time actually being thanked for keeping the property in a lovely condition.
