Cox & Co were recommended to me and I wouldn’t hesitate to pass on the recommendation. I had a less common case where I wanted to know my options of remortgaging, selling or letting an inherited property. Cox & Co were able to provide services for all of my options. Carole ultimately organised a remortgage for me and has a real grasp of the market. Professional, but personal service and very efficient. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now for future property services.

Moni is extremely motivated and proactive. He kept all parties very well informed and introduced our buyer to various other professional services which they needed and which helped the transaction along.

After our initial discussions, Cox & Co have been brilliant at sourcing purchasers for my investment properties off market. The process have been as smooth as it can be and everyone has gained: I have sold my properties quickly, the purchaser has gained an investment income from the start and the tenants have not been inconvenienced. I will definatly be using them again and I would also recommend them to others considering disposing of their rental properties.

Right from the first meeting we were impressed, the team helped us to understand and clarify our goals with a real emphasis on being comfortable with the information and service they offer. They can help secure mortgages, source property investments and then manage the rental all in-house. It’s a fantastic service and we’d recommend them without question.
