<p>Our search was to secure a first flat for two NHS midwifery university students, who had a deadline to get out of halls after completing our first year. </p><p> Competition was tough to even get viewings, but Lisa Currie from Cox and Co was incredibly supportive throughout, and was accommodating in working around our shift patterns, as we were both helping pregnant women during our 'placements' in hospitals. </p><p> Lisa was constantly in contact with us both, telling us which forms needed to be completed, and the deadlines on these. As one of us was on night shift, Lisa kept in contact with the flat owner, which allowed us to be flexible with deadlines - keeping the communication going between us and the owner. </p><p> At every step Lisa was in contact, so that we felt secure that progress was being made. Eventually we were able to secure the flat, which was a relief. - many thanks to Lisa.</p>

Our search was to secure a flat with a very short deadline.
Competition was tough to even get viewings, but Lisa Currie from Cox and Co was incredibly supportive throughout, and was accommodating in working around our work patterns.
Lisa was constantly in contact with us both, telling us which forms needed to be completed, and the deadlines on these. As one of us was on night shift, Lisa kept in contact with the flat owner, which allowed us to be flexible with deadlines - keeping the communication going between us and the owner.
At every step Lisa was in contact, so that we felt secure that progress was being made. Eventually we were able to secure the flat, which was a relief. Lisa was great at giving us reassurance during the process with the result being that we get our keys after all.
Couldn’t be more excited - many thanks to Lisa.

I have used the services of Cox &Co for approx six years now and I have been very pleased to receive excellent service from them.
They give me frequent updates on the property for which they act as agents. They ensure the most suitable tenant is chosen for the property and they further ensure that I am informed of any issues that may occur with my property. By doing this they ensure that the tenant also receives a very good service. If an issue occurs , I am immediately notified and my permission sought so that it can be resolved.
The members of staff are, in my experience, hrpful, approachable and very professional.
This combination ensures that the tenant snd the property owner both achieve an excellent service.
