We have used MAB a number of times now, across 2 properties, and the level of service is excellent. Recently, our remortgage (and associated insurance policies) was handled brilliantly by Amanda Birtwistle. She is diligent, knowledgeable, helpful and a great communicator, always ready to answer a question. I would highly recommend this service to anyone who wants this process to be straightforward and stress-free.

We recently completed our remortgage with the amazing help and advice from Amanda Birtwistle. She helped us secure the best deal that has given us peace of mind especially during the current cost of living crisis and enabled us to release some equity from our property to complete some very much needed home improvements. What can I say about the legendary team of Mandy and Cassie?
After a real struggle to get a lease extension for a buy to let flat we embarked on finding a five-year fixed deal. Mandy kept in touch with us over the summer and we managed to find a deal at 1.91 before the rate rises. Result!
Then another frantic comparison and scrabble to get another deal prior to the next rate hike! 2.24 and low fees!
Mandy always makes you feel like you are a valued customer and is happy to listen to the occasional rant and always goes the extra mile. The team are willing to help and to make the seemingly impossible happen.
I cannot thank them enough and they have been my 'go to' for the last three mortgages...
We are currently trying for a 'fourth' ha ha...
I have used other people and have dealt with quite a few brokers over the years, but I think Mandy and the team are personable and will do the very best they can for you, so you cannot go wrong if you choose them!

Mandy has been nothing less than a miracle, if it wasn't for her we wouldn't be in the position we are currently in, which is living in our own flat with a garden, and much bigger than we could ever have envisioned.
She helped us every step of the way, no issue or adversity was too much for her to problem solve. She helped when my credit rating wasn't good, supported in what our options would be with no judgement. I felt supported and hopeful.
I can honestly say without her we would have never thought we could be so lucky. We are eternally grateful for all her support, professional knowledge, kindness and time.
I have already said to friends of mine they must seek advice from the MAB after our incredible experience.
This challenging past year and a half was so much more bareable and enjoyable because of mandys help and professional support who consistently supported us when we struggled with challenges in relation to purchasing our flat.
Mandy is really knowledgable and approachable, she has a lovely manner and through all the stress always made it easier with her personal manner.
We hope all the best for her, she changed our lives.

After our mortgages were approved, she handed us over to Abbie Holroyd who took over from there and in turn provided us with follow up details and information regarding the progress of mortgages.
