We were impressed from the outset with Sheldon Bosley Knight. Sara Jordan was professional and friendly throughout and gave excellent advice. We found the almost instant feedback from house viewings via Property File and email very helpful. We also found Annette helpful and efficient. From the first touch point to the very last, Sheldon Bosley Knight were an absolute pleasure to deal with and we would highly recommend them.
We had been searching for a property for several months until we came accross the property we have now purchased and moved into. From our first dealings with SBK, via telephone, Sara extremely professional and polite. There was a lot of interest in he property we purchased and Sara was extremely diligent in obtaining all of the information required from us in order to put forward a firm offer and after some tooing a frooing with the seller, we managed to secure it and the property was promptly marked as under offer.
We were then passed over to Karen who was equall as polite and professional, assisting both us and our solicitor to progress the sale propmtly and without delay. On several occassions, we had to rely on Karen to chase up our sellers soliciting firm and Karen did so without delay - ensuring that the sale went through as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
Having dealt with Estate Agents on a number of occasions throughout my life I can honestly say that SBK go above and beyond for both their sellers and the prospective buyers. Thank you so much for everything Sara & Karen, and for securing us our dream home.

I found Sara and her team at the Kineton Branch to be a fantastic team to work with, professional, caring and efficient. They did a sterling job of selling a small development of 10 properties in Kineton for me. We worked closely together discussing all aspects of the build. The property had been on the market for six months despite being in a desirable location, with serious complications around the lease. Having bought other properties recently I knew this would one could potentially be a nightmare.
Both the seller and myself (the buyer) lived hours away from the area. Despite this very messy scenario, SBK facilitated communications between all five parties involved, beyond that which could reasonably be expected of them, all the way through to completion. The process twisted and turned for months, but each time it stalled, SBK and our solicitor basically upped their game and drove it through. It would not have been possible without the genuine commitment from them both, I now have the the greatest respect for both professions.
SBK have a great team at the Kineton branch, they have a perfect balance between professionality and friendliness, I felt respected without being patronized, and in hindsight I realize now that I was fortunate they were dealing with this sale.
