This is the 2nd time we have used Miller Metcalfe to sell a property and again they have provided an excellent service.
Selling your home is very stressful but the support and understanding shown by Shakira and Amanda certainly helped us along the way.
They were also highly informative, being our first port of call for reliable updates and chasing information where necessary.
This company isn't the cheapest, but their visibility across the main property websites secured lots of viewings, and they were very helpful in vetting and advising us about the viability of all offers received.

We were very impressed from first meeting Kelly who came to value our house and the advice she gave us re selling price and what to expect. Amanda mostly - but backed up by Shakira kept us updated throughout the selling process and contact required with Love Homes who were the estate agents selling the bungalow we bought in Garstang. The main delays were from the Love Homes side but in the end it all went very well despite the stress getting a completion date which I gather is a regular occurrence these days. Thank you all again and we would definitely recommend your company,
