I have spent the last six years in the property industry, after my love for houses made me decide to change career. I have worked within the luxury property market, lettings, and have my own portfolio of properties too.
Previously, I worked in the retail industry across several roles. These roles included Custo
mer Service Team Leader and Better Service Manager; therefore, I pride myself on exceptional service.
Selling a home is more than just selling a building. My clients’ properties have been a large part of their lives, and I strive to make them feel confident that their property is in the best hands. The way in which I accomplish this, is to take a holistic approach to marketing. I will not only showcase and market their home, but the lifestyle and surrounding areas, to help potential buyers fall in love with the whole package.
My core objective is to market your home with the best presentation, the biggest exposure, and conduct a professional and exceptional service.
When I’m not working, I love spending time with my husband and my two daughters, travelling to new places and experiencing new things.

To sell a house which you have converted into a cherished and loved home requires a special kind of sales agent who respects the hard work you've put into your home and is able to pass that on to a prospective buyer.
Alex Strafford of Fine & Country is exactly that kind of person and she has perfected her technique to the point of being a master of her art. Apart from also being a very likeable person she has a great pair of listening ears that enable her to tailor your selling or buying requirements to the greatest effect possible ensuring fast and painless arrival at that important point “exchange of contracts”. Her time keeping can't be beaten (but she did once take a whole 3 minutes to get back to me with an answer to a query, however it was on a Sunday evening)!
Take a look at her portfolio and you will immediately see what I mean.
Alex, my family and I applaud you, your skill and dedication to your profession and our only regret is that we have now found our forever home so will not need your services again.
