Bath Stone Property has been the best letting agents I have ever dealt with. Katie, Lisa, Bronte and Sue-Ellen have always been so approachable and kind as well as efficient. Through a recommendation from another agent, I started using Bath Stone Property in November 2021 to find me a suitable tenant when I bought my first flat for investment purposes and they found me 8 prospective tenants on the first day! So I had no reservations going back to them again when I bought another property in November 2022 - I'm pleased so say they have found me more tenants for this new property who are about to move in. All staff are very friendly and helpful when you phone up and I would like to say a special thank you to Sue-Ellen for her quickness and efficiency on the administration side of things.

We have done 4 lets on 2 properties now through Bath Stone over the last year, choosing an independent local agent out of preference. They are always very attentive to detail, but the most important factor is matching the right tenant with us - which they have done really well at! The latest let was set up by Sue-Ellen, with 'premarket' contacting of potential tenants meaning the house was let within 24 hours when it did go to market.
