A fantastic service that was efficient, comprehensive and professional! Communication was excellent and I felt that Marta and the team were acting in my best interests during the whole process.
Marta found me great tenants and I had no issues at all. It was good to know that everything was being taken care of so thoroughly and it gave me great peace of mind.
I would definitely recommend the agency to any landlords out there.

Pridea Agents have been ALWAYS available and ready to provide solution to any issue raised by my tennats. The responsiveness was incredible. If they didn’t pick up, they always call back no longer than a few minutes later. Seriously. I asked Pridea to let out my flat and in the first day there was 4 viewings booked and the second person that viewed my flat paid the holding deposit. Ongoing relationship is very good. I would recommend Pridea to anyone who wants to get their property let out to quality to reliable tennats.

I have been using Pridea Sales and Lettings since 2014. They fully manage 14 flats for me and have undertaken 7 property sales which have comprised New Build housing and refurbished property . They have always acted very professionally and conscientiously to achieve the desired outcome. Marta has been amazing going above and beyond in her dogged determination to resolve issues. As a result I have had a very smooth ride with tenants and other issues arising , with near zero voids in this time.
