This is the first time selling a property through Yopa and I could not fault the service received and the price paid was highly competitive.
All staff that I have spoken to and dealt with were only too happy to help out and on hand to answer any questions we have.
The Yopa hub is very user friendly and easy to use and it is a nice feature that any comms received through the hub such as viewing requests, messages and offers received are also communicated via e-mail and text message so you do not have to keep checking online through the hub.
The only small negative I had was in regards to the viewings calendar. After opting to manage these myself I stipulated that I would prefer weekend and evening viewing times however it soon became clearer that interested parties could request any times that they wished. This was a little disappointed and did mean a lot of back and forth trying to arrange suitable times when it is something that could be avoided.
However, other than that one small thing very impressed with the service in general and would recommend.

My rep was Ben Hollis who we have sold a property with earlier this year. I like Ben’s way of working; he’s approachable, intelligent and professional.
We went with Yopa because we wanted to be able to manage our own diaries without a million unnecessary phone calls from our agent. Everything is done through the website, which you can access via mobile (though for the love of God, please make an app to save me signing in a million times).
He’s taken great photos at each of our properties and has always been straight talking which is what I need when I’m selling my home. He gave great valuations on both properties and has kept me up to date, even when I’ve contacted him to ask silly questions.

Our Yopa agent knew the market very well and advised us the best route to selling the property. We were interested in using the online auction believing that there was little demand for 2 bed semi's in the area. He persuaded us to go the private treaty route and we're pleased we did. Within 24 hours of being online, we had 9 viewings lined up. Within 4 days we accepted an offer. Cannot praise Yopa enough.
