Smart Homes were absolutely fantastic from start to finish, with really excellent customer service. Nothing was too much trouble for the team with all requests and queries dealt with in an efficient and professional manner, in particular Helen Cole and Robert Williams, Emma Daffurn and Trevor Mack, they really were superb. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Smart Homes to any prospective seller or buyer. Such a refreshing experience in the tricky world of house purchase/sale.

They gave us a fair valuation then kept us up to date every week with feedback from viewings and so on. One thing we really liked is that they were honest, if they thought somebody genuinely liked it they would tell us but if they thought it wasn't somebody's cup of tea they would tell us that as well rather than just telling you that everybody loves it when clearly they don't which other agents seem to have done with us.

Once sold, the sales progression team and Helen Cole in particular were brilliant in keeping us informed with a phone call every week. We felt in very good hands throughout and any queries we had were answered quickly and thoroughly. We would definitely recommend Smart Homes over some of the other local agents we have dealt with.
