As I showed some information about myself in the message, they kindly answer me with a very different opportunity in a different area, but in the limits of my research. When we finally visit this new opportunity, I was so amazed that I immediately try to close the deal. But by the time, I needed to wait 3 weeks to be able to afford all the payments required. We had them a verbal agreement. And the established date for signing the contract, everything was in perfect order and ready.

What I am trying to say, is that the experience of Room2Let is awesome. They can detect your needs even if you are looking for a minimum that doesn't includes all that you will appreciate for a living. Which I think is amazing and benefiting.
I must point also, that the charm and kindness of the team from Room2Let has been a constant during all the process.
Also, I know that they manage the property where I live now: the property is almost in pristine condition.
Without any doubt, I will recommend their assistance if your are looking for a place to let or if you are looking for a company that can take care of your property for letting.

Having been with rooms 2 Let since August they have been very understanding with a rent issue I had which was no fault of my own. Any problems with the house was sorted quickly and when it came to the time of me having to leave they found me a lovely new room.
