Louis Craggs who helped me at the end of my tenancy with the deposit process etc was very kind and helpful throughout.
The letting agency as a whole is not very responsive. If you need something fixing you will have to continuously push for it.

Louis was most helpful to me during my time in leaving my property. Moving is a stressful business and I was very grateful that there was always an open line of communication with Louis to discuss the process of moving out and the steps I needed to take. He was always on hand to reply to my emails quickly and it made what is a stressful time (dealing with lots of additional things, moving, new job etc) that little bit easier to deal with.

Since you have taken over the management of our property the service that you have provided has been outstanding and second to none. For every request we have placed it has been dealt with immediately, efficiently and extremely professionally. The contractors that have been to our home have all been polite, professional and friendly and have completed the work to a high standard.
In the 9 yrs of living at the property we have never had a service as excellent as we have now. The previous letting agents sent out workmen that after the 1st experience of them we refused to allow back to the property and we advised them that we would no longer be allowing any of their contractors in, due to the disgusting way they left our home in.
Thank you so much Manning Stainton for your excellent management of our home and a big thank you especially to Louis Craggs, he is an absolute credit to the company and an absolute pleasure to deal with, he is polite, friendly and extremely professional. He has been on the ball and kept us up to date at every point of any of our requests. He deserves a big treat.
