Fantastic local estate agents; Professional, Friendly, excellent customer care.
They have kept me and my buyer informed every step of the way, I never had any trouble getting feedback or answers to my queries or concerns.
I was informed after prospective purchasers had been to my home almost instantly, not once did I have to chase them to find out how things had gone.
The whole team I have great admiration for, as they all worked brilliantly well together.
To get people working as one happy team aT Yelverton should be commended in these uncertain Covid times.
I can personally highly recommend them to anyone wishing to sell their home.
They made my sale effortless and I wish to thank them all personally:

Mansbridge Balment, Yelverton recently completed a sale for me. They were unfailingly efficient, supportive and charming. Nicholas, Daniel, Liz, Zoe, Mel and Elaine all had an important part to play in the successful conduct of the transaction and I would like to thank them wholeheartedly. They were unfazed when certain aspects of the conveyance were tricky and protracted and kept their good temper until the end.
