Excellent customer service and attention to detail. Everything I needed to know was ready and available when I picked up the keys to my house. From start to finish Number 1 Letting have given me an exceptional service. Constant updates and a brilliant result thanks to Abbie and her persistence in getting my property let to the right tenant. Not to mention Nicole who vetted potential tenants and kept me in the loop all the time, while recommending me the right choice.
I'm very happy that i went for the full management package as it is a very hands off approach and works well as i work full time!
The full team have been great and a pleasure to deal with. I will most definitely carry on using their expertise.
