Not really sure where to start if I'm honest because the service we received was amazing from start to finish.. do I have a limit on words? Lol this year life has been absolutely crazy and selling a house was adding more stress to me and and causing sleepless night - especially with the horror stories you hear but when the team ( Louise and Katie B and Katie F ) come along it was like a weight lifted off our shoulders.. the ladies went above and beyond for me and my mother, no questions were left unanswered and all phone calls where returned within a matter on hours( When they returned back to the office) , communication skills where 10/10and they are just the people you want in charge when selling a house at Auction . I would highly recommend this service to anyone and everyone and in the future, I will be considering auction.

Delighted with Edward Mellors service. From meeting Louise at the property with her experience & knowledge which is 2nd to none. She took me through step by step explained the process in detail. Took the video for the virtual viewing so as soon as I signed the terms it was on the market. Within 2 weeks I had over 20 viewings & offers prior to Auction. The virtual Auction took place & I was delighted with the outcome. The property has now exchanged with completion in 28 days. 5* Service
