Austin reviewed the property we were selling and gave us a realistic valuation.
He recommend a house clearance company that did an excellent job.
Both Austin and Kate were available at any time to answer any queries and kept us up to date with the sale. Their advice to go for a pre auction offer worked to our advantage and we are more than happy with the result.
