A few years ago, I resided in Brighton and recently made the decision to return to this beautiful city. Upon my return, I secured a wonderful job and embarked on the search for a new place to call home.
In my quest for accommodation, I came across an advertisement placed by Sawyer & Co. Intrigued by the prospect, I decided to rent out my property through your agency.
Having experienced the rental process in the past, I can confidently say that the level of service provided by Sawyer & Co. is on a whole different level. It exudes professionalism in every aspect.
Linda Still, who is responsible for managing my property, has been incredibly responsive to my emails, addressing all matters promptly and with due diligence. She keeps me informed about all relevant matters concerning the property and displays exceptional kindness and care.
Furthermore, any issues or inconveniences that have arisen during my tenancy have been swiftly addressed or scheduled for repair work.
In light of my experience, I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the high standard of professionalism demonstrated by Sawyer & Co. I genuinely believe that every tenant should have the privilege of receiving such outstanding service.

We were lucky enough to have Chloe as our agent. She was very friendly and welcoming. I viewed the property on my own, however Chloe allowed us to book a second viewing for the following day so my partner was also able to see the flat. Chloe was very knowledgeable about the property and was able to answer all of our questions. She allowed us plenty of time to look at the property, so we didn't feel rushed or pressured. We had a really positive experience and have now found our new home. Thankyou!

Working in customer service too it’s so important for me to feel like the person on the other side cares and is not just ticking boxes and I really appreciate all the help she’s been able to give us so far.
