There is no paper big enough to script how good human being Cherelle is and what a top-class professional. If you are buying/selling or renting property in Harlington area and if you have not used team Charrison Davis (Sydney, Roman and Samantha), then you are unlucky. God is not on your side! I trusted Cherelle more than my solicitor. I am confused should I be excited that the deal is nearing completion or upset about no more running behind Cherelle.

Cherelle, Brian, Sydney & Fran well they have been bearing up with my constant phone calls and emails and messages trying to complete on a problematic transaction . Well all is well that ends well finally that one completed last month after 6 long months of wrangling two different stamp duty regimes & not to mention Morbid Covid. I would thoroughly recommend the team at the Harlington office for getting it done!

We recently sold our property through Charrison Davis and we can honestly say we had a positive experience. Cherelle was absolutely first class in supporting us in more ways than just the sale which is the first step in our next chapter.
It wasn't without it's challenges however when we lost out on our first buyer, they very quickly got our property back on the market with a new buyer secured within 4 working days which lead to the sale completing in around 5 weeks!
Fran & Sydney were regular contacts we spoke with in the office throughout the process who was also brilliant in helping us alongside Cherelle.
A brilliant firm with great principles, not your typical estate agent we would say and would easily recommend them and use them again!
